A group of lay faithful will gather at St. Peter Parish at 425 N. 4th St., Steubenville, at 3 p.m. on Sunday, November 13 to pray the Rosary for the Diocese of Steubenville, asking the Immaculate Heart of Mary to protect and guide our Diocese into a brighter, holier future.

The USCCB is set to meet beginning on Monday, November 14. During that meeting they are scheduled to vote on the question of suppressing the Diocese of Steubenville.

Those organizing this Rosary are part of the group United Voices for the Diocese of Steubenville. This group is working toward a possible canon law intervention to prevent the merger. You can learn more about that effort and how you could get involved here.
